AERTI WEEK 2025

A weeklong celebration for the leading ladies of Final Fantasy VII, Aerith and Tifa, running from September 7–14.2025 prompts are now live!

GUIDELINES

  • All creations are welcome! Whether you're an artist, writer, cosplayer, musician, or some other creative type, we'd love to see what you create in honor of Aerti.

  • Please share only creations YOU have made for the event. Do not steal someone else's hard work or use AI-generated work to particpate.

  • Tag your creations as #aertiweek2025 or tag us (@aertiweek.bsky.social on Bluesky and @aerti-week on Tumblr) to share the love with everyone!

  • NSFW works are acceptable, so long as you flag them appropriately and use a SFW preview.

  • Character/ship bashing and fandom discourse will not be tolerated. Please refrain from spreading hate—we're here to celebrate!

How can I participate?
We welcome all creative mediums to celebrate Aerti! Whether it's fanart, fanfics, meta essays, playlists, cosplay, graphic/gif edits, or something else, we're happy to share your creations for the event. Please be sure it is something YOU originally made (do not steal/repost the hard work of others or use AI-generated works). If you are unable to create something, sharing posts and leaving comments are just as welcomed and appreciated!What is acceptable for the event?
If it features Aerith and Tifa, you're good! Any discourse or character/ship bashing is not welcomed. We're here to celebrate, after all!Is NSFW content acceptable?
So long as it is tagged appropriately (say it's NSFW, flag for sexual/mature content if it's an image, etc.) and features a SFW preview, spicy content is good to go!What tags are being used?

Only if you want to! Feel free to share something every day, just a few days, or be one and done. All creations are welcome, so do what works for you!What if I'm late on a particular day?
Hey, we get it! Sometimes life gets in the way, but the doors are open for you fashionably late folks. We'll monitor #aertiweek2025 up to a month after the final day to catch any stragglers.Do I have to use the prompts?
Nope! Prompts are there for inspiration, so use as many or as few as you'd like. You're also welcome to create whatever you'd like for the week. So long as it's aerti, you're good!Is the event also running on Twitter?
In previous years, we ran the Aerti Week account on Twitter, but have decided going forward to not use the platform. While we are not officially running it there, creators are more than welcome to share their works there. Just know we won't be able to boost it via the Aerti Week account!
